What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Cheltenham, and primarily serve the southwest. However, we’re happy to consider projects further afield depending on the scope—just drop us a message.

Do you offer design services, or do I need to come with drawings?

We work both ways. If you already have plans or are working with an architect or designer, we’ll collaborate closely with them. If you’re starting from scratch, we can guide you through the design process ourselves.

What’s your typical lead time?

Lead times depend on the size and complexity of the project. Typically, we book projects 6–12 weeks in advance, with clear timelines provided at the quoting stage. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Do you install the furniture or just build it?

We provide a complete service—from design and manufacture through to delivery and installation—ensuring a seamless fit and finish on site.

Can you match existing finishes or architectural details?

Yes. Whether you’re restoring period joinery or integrating new work into an existing space, we can match profiles, timber types, and finishes to ensure consistency.

What materials do you use?

We work primarily with sustainably sourced hardwoods, birch ply, and high-quality sheet materials. All materials are carefully selected for each project’s functional needs and aesthetic goals.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?

Absolutely. Collaboration is a big part of what we do. We’re experienced in working alongside architects, interior designers, and contractors to deliver finely detailed results that align with the broader vision of a project.

What are your payment terms?

Typically, we ask for a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quote, with the balance due on completion or installation. For larger projects, we may agree on staged payments. All terms will be clearly outlined in our proposal.

Do you provide quotes or estimates?

Yes. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed quote based on the agreed design, materials, and scope. For more exploratory or early-stage projects, we can offer a ballpark estimate first.

What aftercare do you offer?

We build our work to last, but natural materials may shift or settle slightly over time. If anything needs adjustment after installation, we’re happy to come back and resolve it. We’ll also advise you on how to care for your furniture to keep it looking its best.
